Exchange and Return Policy

Since some of our products are underwear, special health conditions apply.

  • Exchanges are available within 48 hours from the date of receipt.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Items with opened packaging or that have been used are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Returns (Refunds)

  • No cash refunds are available after receipt.

  • In case of a clear manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged without any shipping fees.

Exchange Shipping Fees

  • When requesting an exchange due to a change in size or color, shipping fees will be calculated based on the region.
